We receive many calls from recruitment agencies and whilst we simply can’t work with everyone, we do appreciate your interest in working with us to recruit the best possible people.
At Biral we always prefer to recruit candidates directly into our business and believe in staff referrals and promoting from within wherever possible.
The success of Biral means that we are fortunate enough to be approached directly by many candidates. We may need the support of recruitment agencies on occasion, and such assistance is restricted to those on our Preferred Supplier List.
We have worked hard with our suppliers to build first class relationships based on openness and trust. Our agencies are fully briefed in the roles we need them to work on, and understand our brand, culture and fit. This saves us time not having to review and respond to potential candidates who are not right for Biral. We therefore do not accept speculative CVs from recruitment agencies. We currently have no plans to review our preferred suppliers, although any plans to do so will be communicated on this page of our website.
We ask that you respect the relationships that we have built with our current suppliers and accept our decision not to take cold calls from agencies.
We expect all of our existing suppliers to operate to the highest ethical and professional standards, and consider any unfavourable treatment on the grounds of race, colour, ethnic/national origin, religious belief, political opinion/affiliation, sex, marital/civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, age or disability to be unacceptable.
Biral does not allow advertising on our behalf using our Company logo or branding without our prior agreement.
All terms and conditions must be approved by the Human Resources Department prior to any candidate appointments being confirmed.
