As a responsible employer our first priority is to protect the health of our employees and other people directly touched by our activities. We are therefore following the advice of the British Government by adopting precautionary measures such as home working and restricting all but essential travel.
Clearly, there are some activities which will not allow home working, so other social distancing and cleanliness measures have been put into action to best protect our workforce, our suppliers and our partners.
During this difficult and unpredictable time, we remain open for business as usual with our Sales, Service and Manufacturing activities continuing as normal.
The only exception being that our sales staff will not be travelling to meetings or exhibitions at this time. They will be using other meeting technology (video conferencing etc.) to conduct the face-to-face conversations that need to happen.
Our product delivery lead times for new orders has not changed and we are able to fulfil all existing orders without any delay. We have an extensive range of stocked parts and do not foresee any short-term supply problems at this stage.
We are constantly monitoring the situation as it changes on a daily or weekly basis. We will keep our customers and suppliers informed of any developments that might affect our levels of service.
