We prefer to recruit candidates directly into our business and believe in staff referrals and promoting from within wherever possible.
Biral’s success finds that we are fortunate enough to be approached by many candidates directly. We may need the support of recruitment agencies on occasion, and such assistance is restricted to those on our Preferred Supplier List.
We have worked hard with our suppliers to build first class relationships based on openness and trust. Our agencies are fully briefed in the roles required to work on, and understand our brand, culture and fit. This saves us time not having to review and respond to potential candidates who are not right for Biral. Our company doesn’t accept speculative CVs from recruitment agencies. We do not have plans to review our preferred suppliers. Plans to change this in the future will be communicated on this page of our website.

We expect all of our existing suppliers to operate to the highest ethical and professional standards, and consider any unfavourable treatment on the grounds of race, colour, ethnic/national origin, religious belief, political opinion/affiliation, sex, marital/civil partnership status, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, age or disability to be unacceptable.
Biral does not allow advertising on our behalf using our Company logo or branding without our prior agreement.
