The Small Analogue Wind Speed Indicator System comprises:

• the Small wind speed sensor model 4.3400.30.000
• the analogue indicator  model 4.3421.00.000

The small analogue wind speed sensor model 4.3400.30.000 measure the horizontal wind speed. The model 4.3400.30.000 analogue has a DC-generator, which is moved by the revolution of the cup-star.

This sensor offers the best price/performance-ratio for basic requirements and includes 20 m cable. Applications include small building control systems and hobby uses.

The wind speed data can be output to the analogue wind speed indicator Model 4.3421.00.000.

What it does

The  small analogue wind speed sensor model 4.3400.30.000 has 3 rotating cups that move around a bearing system providing a set amount of rotations for each wind speed. The amount of rotations and therefore the wind speed values are converted to a proportional mA DC signal output (0-1 mA) This allows the sensor to be integrated into typical cost effective monitoring systems.

Cable length

This system comes with 20 m cable but on your order you can specify the length of  cable required up to a maximum length of 100 m.

Please bear in mind that for use on a crane or boom you need about 5 m more cable than the actual length of the crane or boom to give some flexibility at the points of attachment. If the cable is too short or tight it could pull on the points of attachment thus damaging and / or disabling the system.
