The Cloud Radar MIRA 36 is a long term cloud observation system for the investigation of  3-dimensional cloud distribution profiles from ground level to the stratosphere.

Features cloud particle characterization by spectral analysis high resolution measurement profiles profiles radar reflectivity, mean velocity and spectral width very high time resolution (> 0.1 seconds) up to 500 range gates measuring range 0.1 to 9.3 miles
