Once you have decided which instrument you require and you would like to place an order we hope the following information will be useful.

To place an order

Please request current price and availability using the email address shown above.

We will notify you of the price and delivery by return and attach a formal quotation if requested.

We will need a written order (with your official company purchase order number if appropriate) with the following information:

Model number(s)
Quantity
Options or accessories
Company name
Invoice address
Delivery address if different from invoice address
User/contact name

On receipt of your order

When we receive your order we will send an order acknowledgement (or, if you have not purchased from us before we will send a proforma invoice and will require payment before the goods are dispatched).

Methods of payment

You can pay by bank transfer, cheque or credit card. Please let us know how you would like to pay when you place the order and our sales team will contact you.
